This Osborne Village cafe is out to prove that “healthy doughnuts” need not be an oxymoron. These pillowy little treats are baked, not fried, vegan, and free of gluten and sugar. Made with roasted peanuts, organic coconut milk and binders like oats and brown rice protein, these doughnuts are packed with protein and healthy fats. Flavours are always changing, and range from classics like chocolate sprinkle, to seasonal offerings like gingerbread, to palate-pushers like everything bagel.
