One of the city’s beloved summer traditions continues as Ballet in the Park presents its unique opportunity for all to enjoy the universal language of dance. Pack a blanket, lawn chair or cushion (and water bottles and snacks) and gather with family and friends in the open air at Assiniboine Park’s Lyric Theatre for a slice of culture that rivals the company’s legendary Nutcracker for nostalgia and fun. Experience the incredible talents from the Company, Professional and Recreational divisions who highlight their passion in one place. Children’s activities begin at 6:30 pm, performance starts at 7:30pm, and wraps up at 9pm.
