A fundraising event on behalf of the Child Nutrition Council of Manitoba, the 6th annual Stone Soup Fundraiser brings the community as local chefs demonstrate their culinary skills in a fun and friendly competition. Participating restaurants create a soup using local ingredients, and voters taste and select the winning pot. All proceeds go to the Child Nutrition Council of Manitoba, an organization that supports food programs at over 270 Manitoban schools.
The public is invited to “fill the pot” with donations from 11 am-1:15 pm at Manitoba Hydro Place.
