Winnipeg Folk Fest
Music lovers from far and wide unite at this beloved Birds Hill Park festival.

Thousands of festival-goers gather in the woods at Birds Hill Provincial Park during this annual 4-day summer music festival. There are nine stages throughout the site, with the Main Stage and Big Blue @ Night hosting the headliners. No longer limited to just folk music, the festival features genre-defying artists that mix indie, R&B, bluegrass, rock, soul, and electro-pop with singer-songwriter roots.
This year’s performers include Grammy winner Kacey Musgraves, Jason Mraz, Half Moon Run, Alvvays and Snail Mail, along with tons of local musicians. Spend the weekend partying all night in the Festival Campground or get a good night’s rest in the Quiet Campground if sleep is a priority. See the website for the epic list of food trucks on vendors.
