This concert features a line up of the greatest songs by Chet Baker, as shown in the movie Born to be Blue. The movie’s soundtrack composer David Braid joins the Winnipeg Jazz Orchestra to perform the songs. Select songs include “My Funny Valentine”, “Over the Rainbow” and “Let’s Get Lost”.
The WJO is the only community-based professional jazz orchestra in Canada.
