Yoga in the Park

Salute the sun every Wednesday morning throughout the summer. Join a free guided outdoor yoga class held in front of the Lyric Theatre in Assiniboine Park. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and great attitude for the start of a new day. Instructor Stephanie Baranowski leads the practice. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

The classes run from 6:45 am-7:45 am every Wednesday until August 28.
