Zoo Lights Festival

Red River Co-op presents Zoo Lights Festival at Assiniboine Park Zoo.

Red River Co-op presents Zoo Lights Festival at Assiniboine Park Zoo. See Winnipeg’s animal kingdom transformed into Polar Town, a magical winter wonderland illuminated by thousands of light installations. Get cozy by the fire, enjoy entertainment, shop an artisans’ market and munch on food from the Tundra Grill. The festival also features an epic art installation by local artist Kal Barteski. 

Hours of Operation:

Daily* 5 pm-9 pm
Saturday Late Night Parties: 9:00 pm – 12:00 am (December 7, 14, 21, 28 and January 4)
New Year’s Eve: 5 pm-12 am

*Closed: December 2, 9, 16, 24 and 25

Tickets: $12 (if purchased online or at any Red River Co-op location), $15 (at the Zoo entrance) or $30 for a three-day pass (purchase online, at the Zoo entrance, or at any Red River Co-op location). Children 2 and under free.
