Nick Graumann is slinging superbly crafted sandwiches and classic sides in this light cafeteria-style space on the corner of Broadway and Smith. Impressive lunch offerings include salads, soups, wraps and sandwiches, like the killer hot pastrami which is cured in-house for six days. The mac and bacon grilled cheese is a fun twist on the classic after-school snack, with a generous mound of gooey, extra-cheesy macaroni and crisp bacon stuffed between slices of soft grilled sourdough. Daily specials and house-made baked goods are also served out of the open concept kitchen.
