Adorable Korean bakeshop Tiny Bliss opened several months ago on Main Street with signature staple Japanese milk bread–a springy, fluffy loaf made using tangzhong, which is similar to a roux. Baker Lien Pham provides treats for every mood, including savoury cheese and pork floss buns, a coffee and tea bar and a selection of stationery and plush toys.
