The recipes behind Bon Vivant premium barbeque may be secret, but the quality ingredients have nothing to hide. Creators Damian Belanger and James Wasio started the line of Winnipeg-based barbeque sauces and rubs more than 10 years ago and remain as committed to local ingredients and bold flavours as they were when starting out in 2005.
The sweet, savoury and spicy sauces contain fewer calories, carbohydrates, sugar and sodium than the four leading barbeque sauce brands in Canada. Varieties like Caribbean, infused with tropical notes, citrus, rich and peppery Korean, fire-roasted jalapeno and chive, chocolate chilli and root beer, amp up dishes of all sorts.
