Follow Dorothy and Toto as they journey with the Scarecrow, Tin Man and Cowardly Lion along the yellow brick road in search of their hearts’ desires in a story of friendship, family and courage. The Royal Winnipeg Ballet presents L. Frank Baum’s iconic classic The Wizard of Oz. Choreographed by Septime Webre, the ballet version of the beloved tale premiered in Kansas City only last year, 80 years after the film’s release, and is now making its Canadian debut right here in Winnipeg.
