The Mariachi Ghost

Head to the WECC for a night of invigorating music Mexicana.

From the first chords strummed, it becomes clear this group is not like any other mariachi band. The Mariachi Ghost immediately captures the audience with impressive costumes, haunting melodies and a unique mix of classic Mexican music and contemporary rock guitar. Eight talented Winnipeg musicians formed the group in 2009, and since then have grown to become an international touring act. Their self-titled debut album won Best World Music Album at the Western Canadian Music Awards in 2013, and they are debuting their newest single right here in Winnipeg at WECC.
