Cake-ology
With crisp edges and a chewy center, this cookie holds up well to melty, creamy ice cream.
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup cocoa
2 ¼ cups flour
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 ½ cups chocolate chips
Method
- Cream together butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs.
- Mix in cocoa until well blended.
- Add other dry ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop onto cookie sheets and bake at 350°F for approx 10-12 min.
Yield 1 dozen cookies
