2 5/6 cups white sugar
5/8 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup corn syrup
5 7/8 cups water
- Blend one cups sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix with an electric mixer.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend with mixer.
- Let set for 15 mins. Stir.
- Pour into ice cream machine and freeze.
- When freezing is complete, place in cold container.
- Serve or freeze for later use
