Snow and Moon Dessert Cafe
Topping coffee beverages in milk snow puts a spin on the sipping experience as the milk dissolves into the liquid.
Ingredients
1 shot espresso
1 cup snow (recipe on pg 14)
1/4 cup whipped cream
1 tsp chocolate sauce
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
Method
- Pour 1 shot espresso in the cup or glass.
- Add snow top.
- Top with whipped cream, if desired.
- Decorate with cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
Yield 1 serving
