Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 date, pitted and chopped
1 banana, cut in half
1 tsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 big handful of spinach
1 cup chopped mango
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
