Taking cues from contemporary food halls, the Forks Market has rebooted the former Passero/Corto restaurant into Passerby, a cocktail lounge with bar snack options. Helmed by cocktail master Josey Krahn, known for previous endeavours at Forth Bar, Deer + Almond ad Bonnie Day, the project serves as a stage for creativity by providing artful beverages and aims to collaborate with local chefs by holding pop up food and drink experiences throughout the upcoming year. Based on our recent tasting session, this is a concept that is poised to please.
