Pink Lady cocktail

Festive looking cocktail ideal for entertaining anytime of day.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz gin 

3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz housemade grenadine

1 egg white 

1 brandied cherry

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a shaking tin.
  2. Dry shake.
  3. Add ice and shake hard for about 20 seconds.
  4. Strain into a cocktail coupe.
  5. Serve with a brandied cherry.
