Pineridge Hollow
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup cocoa, sifted
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk (add 1 Tbsp vinegar to make milk sour)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup boiling water
Chocolate frosting
Thin pretzel sticks
Green sprinkles
Method
- Preheat oven to 350˚F.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl in order listed. Beat well.
- Spoon into cupcake pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Cupcakes are done when toothpick inserted comes out clean.
